Is a manufacturing recruiter the same as a staffing agency?

No. A manufacturing recruiter finds the right person for one of your openings, including people who are not applying anywhere, and your plant hires them directly. We are a recruiting firm, we recruit for manufacturing only, and we don’t do warehouse or medical staffing.

Staffing agencies are usually built around filling shifts with the people who are already looking for work. Recruiting is built around one opening and the best person for it, wherever that person works today.

What we do

  • Define the real job. We learn the role, environment, compensation, must-haves and the reasons a strong person would make a move.
  • Build the market. We search databases, networks and direct-source talent instead of relying only on active applicants.
  • Screen. We evaluate experience, motivation, fit, location and the practical reasons the move does, or does not, make sense.
  • Stay involved through the offer. Interview coordination, feedback, offer communication and follow-through.

How you pay

A published percentage when the hire starts: 25%, 30% or 33% on contingency, set by a 60, 120 or 180-day guarantee. See pricing.

What we recruit

CNC machinists and programmers, CMM programmers, quality engineers, maintenance technicians, electrical, applications and automation engineers, injection molding, blow molding and process technicians, tool and die makers, welders and assemblers, field service technicians, manufacturing sales and plant managers. All 16 specialties.
