Every public option uses Stripe ACH Direct Debit with Stripe Financial Connections. During onboarding, the client securely connects a business bank account in just a few minutes. Stripe handles and protects the sensitive bank credentials; Compass retains only limited connection details such as authorization status and the account’s last four digits. Setup is free to the client and eliminates repeated invoice processing. When a placement starts, the client receives the exact fee, start date and guarantee end date and confirms whether the candidate reported to work. A “Yes” queues the authorized payment; a “No” stops it.
