Employers pay us when a placement starts. Candidates do not pay to apply, to be presented or to be placed, and relocation help is free.
The one exception: Dream Job Placement
Dream Job Placement is a recruiter-led search for manufacturing professionals who know exactly what they want next and want us actively working to make that move happen. It is the only service for which we charge candidates.
- $499 up-front engagement fee, due only after you have spoken with a recruiter, we have decided we can help, and you have been accepted.
- $999 placement fee, due on your first paycheck in the new role.
- 180-day offer guarantee: if we do not secure a qualifying job offer within 180 days, your Dream Job Placement fees are refunded in full.
You cannot simply buy the program online. The first step is a recruiter conversation, not a payment page.

Do candidates pay Compass?
No. Applying, normal placements, resume submission and relocation help are free to candidates. The only candidate-paid service is the optional Dream Job Placement program.
What does Dream Job Placement cost?
$499 when you are accepted into the program and $999 on your first paycheck in the new role, $1,498 in total, with a 180-day offer guarantee or the fees are refunded in full.
