Once you are accepted into Dream Job Placement and the search begins, Compass guarantees a qualifying job offer within 180 days. If we do not produce an offer within that period, we refund your Dream Job Placement fees in full.
Your target role, geography, compensation expectations, and other search criteria will be agreed with your recruiter before the search begins so everyone is clear about what qualifies as an offer under the guarantee.

Dream Job Placement is the ONLY service for which Compass charges candidates. Applying to jobs, normal recruiting placements, resume submission, and relocation assistance are free to candidates.
Up-front engagement fee
Due only after you have spoken with a recruiter, Compass has determined that we can help, and you have been accepted into the Dream Job Placement program.
Placement fee
Due on your first paycheck after you begin the role Compass helps you secure through the Dream Job Placement service.
Total program fee when successfully placed: $1,498.
The $499 engagement fee is paid before Compass begins the proactive search. The $999 placement fee is not due until your first paycheck from the new role.

You cannot simply buy this service online.
We only want to accept candidates when we believe the search is realistic and we can provide genuine value. Before any agreement or payment is offered, you will speak with a Compass recruiter about your background, target role, geography, compensation expectations and goals.
