Hi I’m Joe, I have been a manufacturing and technical recruiter since 2015! Being a recruiter is an incredibly rewarding career for several different reasons. I love to learn about the fields that I am recruiting in, and about the awesome talent that I get to work with.

I’d say one of my favorite things about recruiting is the true impact you can have on a stranger’s life. It feels great to approach someone with an opportunity that they may have never had on their radar, or never even considered, and feel the excitement in their voice, that they have been identified for an opportunity that can change their life. It’s incredibly rewarding to feel like you’re really making a difference in people’s lives and careers.
