Compass Group Recruiting uses information you submit, such as your name, email, mobile number, resume, and job preferences, to respond to inquiries, evaluate job matches, coordinate interviews, and provide recruiting services.

We may share relevant candidate information with prospective employers when you authorize a submission, and with service providers that help us operate our recruiting services under appropriate confidentiality terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Text message consent

We use a mobile number for recruiting-related text messages only when the recipient has opted in or another valid permission applies. SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other data-sharing described in this policy.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hans@compassgrouprecruiting.com. We retain records of consent and opt-out as needed to honor your preferences and document compliance.
